Responsible for processing and maintaining collection activity on delinquent student account receivables to include identification of past due accounts, outreach via e-mail/ physical mailing to provide notification of balance and setting up payment agreements with students when able. Position will be responsible for conducting collection agency placements for past due accounts and monitoring those placements for compliance with applicable policies and regulations. This position will reconcile monthly invoices from collection agencies and submit check vouchers for payment to accounts payable department. Position will monitor collection agency inventory and update spreadsheets to track performance of collection agencies to assist in future placement decisions. Position is responsible for answering a medium volume of calls and emails related to student account balances.

Director - Network Services (Search Extended) Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President for Infrastructure Services, provide overall leadership, supervision and strategic direction for the Network Services Department to provide quality network services to the University.
