Build positive relationships with community college representatives, maintain ongoing communication with students, and collaborate with alumni in recruitment efforts. • understand and use Slate, Banner, BDM Scanning, Dynamic Forms, and reporting tools such as iSQL, Argos, and Slate Query building.
• serve as a primary resource to provide training, answer questions, and resolve issues related to Slate and the Banner Student System.
• identify problems, develop a process to correct, and create reports to proactively identify any data issues.
• assist staff on aborts and provide error resolutions.
• search for and implement automated solutions for Enrollment Services to eliminate manual processes where possible.
• write ad hoc reports and create electronic transactions to update Slate and Banner as requested and perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned. |
Outreach Specialist - CHHS

Provide direct support to CHHS leadership to identify, apply for, and manage pre- award tasks related to external grants and contracts for CHHS. Identify potential funding opportunities with federal, state, and private funders and present to CHHS Director. Work with Director to develop proposals based on identified funding areas, opportunities, or project visions identified and/or prioritized by the Director that reflect the CHHS mission and vision. Develop and execute task lists approved by the CHHS Director for a successful application with a proposal that is complete, competitive, and in compliance with university requirements.. Associate Director - Athletic Compliance

Assist the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance develop, monitor and oversee all aspects of NCAA compliance for the University's 17 NCAA Division I athletic programs. Essential tasks include: ensure athletics observance of University, Conference USA, and NCAA Legislation in areas of personnel, amateurism, recruiting, initial and continuing eligibility, financial aid, extra benefits, awards, housing and playing and practice sessions and Division I membership requirements. Additional duties include but are not limited to: assist in all NCAA investigation of infractions of NCAA rules; oversee and assist with the implementation of a comprehensive rules education program; monitor all NCAA documentation required from the coaches for the operation of the athletic program.
