Job Summary/Basic Function
Manage front desk operations, departmental mail services and housing administrative procedures while providing marketing support. Assist with processing housing applications and updating resident accounts. Serve as lead administrative contact for current and potential students, parents, and university community.
Required Education
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related Experience
Two years of directly related progressively responsible clerical/secretarial experience required. Note: An Associate's degree (2 years of college coursework) and one year experience may be considered in lieu of work experience.
Desirable Related Experience
Experience at MTSU and familiarity with university policies and procedures. Social media literacy.
