Operate, maintain, and adjust boilers, turbines, pumps, compressors, and other ancillary related equipment for a centralized boiler plant at a large university. The Housekeeper position involves routine manual labor plus additional duties associated with providing housekeeping and hosting duties for the President and family in the house.
