The role of Systems Analyst 2 is to maintain data integrity and ensure the smooth operation of the Enterprise Application systems and integrations with third-party applications. This position collaborates closely with end-users, monitors business processes, and offers innovative solutions to enhance administrative functions that support students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the institution's broader objectives. The Systems Analyst 2 will contribute to the overall business improvement process, exhibit excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and decision-making skills, and possess a thorough understanding of programming, database, and API concepts and design.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to, collaborating closely with end-users to gather requirements, design, test, and implement computer information systems, software applications, integrations, reports, dashboards, and process improvements that support the institution’s goals; maintaining expertise in the institution's enterprise applications, reporting techniques, and programming languages; serving as a knowledgeable resource to guide and train other Systems Analysts on business processes, data usage, system integration, and cross-system dependencies; acting as a liaison between technical teams and user departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration; and contributing continuously to business improvement initiatives. |
Flight Training Manager I or II

The Flight Training Manager is responsible for the effective conduct of all University flight lab courses. Reporting to the Director of Aerospace – Airport Operations, this position directly supervises Assistant Flight Training Manager(s) and staff flight instructors in the administration of these courses. Serves as a liaison to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) related to flight training operations. Performs stage checks, end-of-course checks, flight instructor upgrades, and ground training for flights, as required. Develops, manages, and updates training course outlines. Teaches Flight Instructor Fundamentals course; assignment to teach this course may vary by term based on departmental needs. The Assistant Athletic Trainer has primary responsibility to assist with the overall medical and health related care of student athletes participating in NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletic teams within the University. Essential duties include but are not be limited to: assist in prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, physician referral, and medical documentation of all injuries associated with assigned student athletes; communication with coaches, student athletes, parents, staff and physicians within NATA and HIPAA guidelines; maintain and observe all athletic policy and procedures in accordance with NATA regulations and remain certified to perform these duties on a daily basis. Provide supervision of daily practice and game coverage, in season travel, and summer sports workout coverage for assigned sports as permitted by NCAA legislation and required to be flexible and adapt to schedule changes. Expected to attend national NATA and Conference USA meetings and/or conventions to remain current of their field for changes that occur.
