Job Summary/Basic Function

The work order system is a critical resource in the Facilities Services Department (FSD). This office processes work requests for maintenance activities from individuals all across campus and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of the maintenance activities. The processing involves: Communicating with customers both orally and electronically via email; assessing work requests; assigning work orders to various maintenance work units; tracking maintenance activities and progress; inputting and tracking labor, materials, and contractor cost; reporting to FSD management on issues of productivity and billing.

Required Education

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.

Required Related Experience

One year of progressively responsible secretarial, clerical, and/or data entry office work required.

Desirable Related Experience

- Prior experience in maintenance and construction field preferred.
- Experience in office work involving bookkeeping and accounting principles preferred.

Teacher 1 - Ann Campbell Early Learning Center (ACE)

Reporting to the Director of the Ann Campbell Early Learning Center (ACE), the Teacher will create developmentally appropriate learning environments and experiences for toddlers and/or preschoolers with and without developmental delays, based on individual child assessments and developmentally appropriate practices. The Teacher will collaborate with a co-teacher and other classroom adults to facilitate the learning and development of all children through active engagement in a variety of daily activities and routines. The Teacher will support families as they transition their children to and from the Center each day and will model effective practices and provide guidance and information to University students completing course requirements within the classroom. The Teacher will also perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Classroom Assistant Teacher

Assist lead teacher with carrying out the daily activities of the classroom, including leading and engaging children in small and large group activities, assisting with regular routine tasks such as toileting, preparing and assisting with snacks and lunch, and supervising children at all times. Take full responsibility/lead for classroom activities and supervision/oversight when lead teacher's shift ends 1.5 hours each day and in the absence of the lead teacher.
