$43,888 - $51,870; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function

Manages custodial and conference housing programs, including selection, training, and supervision of full times custodial supervisors, full time custodians, and part time custodial workers. assists with the preparation and management of area budget; coordinate purchases and inventory of supplies and equipment in area; coordinates and evaluates the schedule for cleaning services for the academic year and summer conferences; adjusts tasks and schedules to correct, improve, prepare, and maintain appearance of the Residence Halls and Apartments. Participate in the maintenance staff emergency call back system. In the absence of the Assistant Director, will assign and follow-up on work orders for the maintenance staff.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree. High school diploma and 6 years directly related experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Required Related Experience

Two (2) years direct experience and one (1) year supervisory experience of the total two years required.

Valid Driver License
