Job Summary/Basic Function
Serve as a direct report to the Disability & Access Center (DAC) Director. Manage walk-in traffic, assist with phone calls, schedule appointments for DAC staff, assist testing coordinators if and where needed, and manage general email inbox. Reconcile budgets, prepare departmental paperwork, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Education
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related Experience
Two years of secretarial/clerical/front desk experience required. An associate's degree (two years of college coursework) may be considered in lieu of experience.
Desirable Related Experience
Previous experience in a college setting preferred.
