Job Summary/Basic Function
Provide assistance to the Assistant Director - Ticket Operations and Sales by developing ticketing campaigns within the Ticketmaster Archtics or Host ticketing system. Provide assistance with special event ticketing for on and off campus events and groups. Maintain the priority point system within Archtics for the Blue Raider Athletic Association; perform season ticket printing and mailing as necessary in addition to over the counter or phone renewals. Assist with supervision of student and temporary workers at events. Serve as the main ticket office contact of baseball events including: customer service, ticket resolution for students, staff and general public, staffing set up and oversight of ticket sellers, help maintain the database of donors and retiree ticket holders, reconcile and balance cash out reports, maintain and process payroll records for event related student and temporary workers; compose routine correspondence with baseball event staff. Supervise a football sales gate during all home games; during baseball season: provide oversight of student and/or temporary workers, reconcile and balance cash out reports. During basketball season, serve as point of contact for player complimentary admission tickets during games. Read and route incoming mail; compile ticket sales and distribution reports as requested, and perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Night and weekend work will be required.

Desirable Related Experience
Bachelors degree, prior experience with Ticketmaster Archtics, Tickmaster Host or other computerized ticketing systems preferred.
