Job Summary/Basic Function
The Specialist-WMOT Membership and Marketing identifies, establishes and maintains a variety of relationships with WMOT donors, university and community constituencies. The manager provides day-to-day management of WMOT membership, donations and marketing of the station. This position is meant to serve WMOT's membership and donors by facilitating annual giving, managing donor accounts, coordinating with the MTSU Foundation on donations and the executive director on on-air/digital fundraising drives. The specialist will also be responsible for social media outreach, email campaigns and other communications to members and the community.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Related Experience
Tw (2) years of professional marketing and/or membership management experience
Desirable Related Experience
Prefer public media experience and experience social media outreach, email campaigns and marketing plans. Experience with on-air fund drives or fundraising events preferred.
Desirable License/Registration/Certification
Valid driver's license
