Job Summary/Basic Function
Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications and Technology, maintains the data integrity and operations of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Slate), supporting the data and system functionality needed for communications and recruitment activities across Undergraduate Admissions and other Enrollment Management departments. Provide training and technical support to admissions staff in accessing and using Slate for various recruitment activities, promoting efficient and effective use. Maintain data integrity through thorough data cleaning, validation, and quality control to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop queries to meet university reporting needs across multiple data areas and criteria. Pull and distribute multiple reports each week to support recruitment, enrollment, and other university reporting needs, providing analysis and insights as needed. Participate in special projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment and the Associate Director.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, data science, or other related field.
Required Related Experience
Three years of related technical experience.
Desirable Related Experience
Experience working with relational databases, CRM systems, query development, and data reporting, Slate or a similar higher education is preferred.
