$55,601 - $68,946; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function

Perform a variety of repair and preventative maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, metal fabrication, and masonry for the Tennessee Miller Coliseum. Operate HVAC system controls to ensure appropriate cooling or heating of indoor spaces. Arrange and oversee maintenance service from external contractors or other university departments. Train, schedule, and supervise part-time maintenance staff. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Education

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.

Required Related Experience

Four years of increasingly responsible direct experience with building maintenance involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, metal fabrication, or masonry work. Some experience must have been at the journeyman level.

Required License/Registration/Certification

Valid Tennessee driver's license.

The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for students, prospective students, parents, faculty, staff, and campus partners interacting with the Undergraduate Advising Center.
