| The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Strength and Conditioning with general oversight of the Strength and Conditioning Program for the university's 17 NCAA Division I sports. Essential tasks include: assist with day to day operation of the strength and conditioning facility; oversee assigned sports programs which include but will not be limited to football and baseball; develop sport specific workouts; and work directly with student athletes and the coaching staffs to develop, illustrate, oversee, and document the progress of the student athletes' physical fitness and conditioning. Provide oversight of nutritional supplements and nutrition; serve as a liaison to the Compliance Office for additions or deletions to the athletic rosters; serve as a positive role model for the athletes; work to enhance community relations and perform other related duties or projects as assigned. |

Relief Operator

On occasion the Relief operator will be assigned a shift to operate, maintain, and adjust boilers, turbines, pumps, compressors, and other ancillary related equipment for a centralized boiler plant at a large university. This position will work in a centralized power plant, industrial type environment as well as large machine rooms in other buildings that have standby boiler systems. This position is normal day shift primarily. The occasions that the operator is assigned a shift other than day shift may include nights, weekends, and holidays. |

This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the TMC during events and facilitating events by assigning event managers with shavings deliveries, arena footing preparation and maintenance, setup and break down of panels, stalls, staging, assisting vendors, and performing other related tasks as assigned. Extended night and or weekend hours required. |

Assistant Director - Call Center/Communications

| Serves as a direct report to the Associate Director MT One Stop. Provides leadership and management for the in-house call center handling more than 35,000 calls per year. Recruits, hires, trains, supervises and evaluates for 4 call center agents including the management of temporary staff during peak times of the semester. Develops training modules for initial and on-going training and development. Investigates and resolves escalations that arise from students, parents, or university staff, assigns follow-up to staff as needed; determines call center operational strategies through data analysis, conducting needs assessments, capacity planning, and establishing efficiency and customer service standards. Develops and implements quality assurance programs, training, and monitoring staff performance. Serves as the primary contact, trainer, and liaison to a contracted third-party call center (currently Ed America). Handles all call escalations and issues from that call center and follows up with student requests from them. Uses knowledge across multiple areas of Enrollment Management that include: Admissions, Financial Aid, Scheduling, Records, and Bursar's Office. Assists MT One Stop coordinators when other leadership is not present, serve as backup supervisor in that area. Develop and execute communication plan pertinent to the MT One Stop model, to include texting/call/email campaigns. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned. Provides regular reports of call activity, escalations, types of calls, and volume to the Director for use by the AVP and VP. |
