Middle Tennessee State University invites applications for a Treasury Operations Analyst to support institutional treasury and revenue operations. Reporting to the Director of Treasury Operations, this position performs complex clerical and technical duties related to accounts receivable billings, sales tax compliance support, foreign national tax documentation coordination, and administration of the University’s merchant card (credit/debit) services program. The Treasury Operations Analyst serves as a key point of contact for campus departments, external customers, financial institutions, and third-party service providers. The role ensures accurate billing, compliant revenue processing, effective payment acceptance, and adherence to strong internal controls in alignment with University, state, and federal regulations. This position requires independent judgment, strong analytical and organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
