This position also provides expertise in enterprise software deployment over the network to approximately 8,000 computers across the MTSU campus. In this role the technician will perform deployment, installation, support, and training of these enterprise level software packages. This position documents all support interactions in the current ticketing system. In the absence of the System Administrator over MDM, this position will serve as a backup for those responsibilities. As needed, this position will participate in cross-departmental and/or University committees and perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned.
