Job Summary/Basic Function
Provide secretarial support to the College of Basic and Applied Advising Office. Greet and respond to general inquiries from students, faculty, and staff (in person, on the phone and/or via e-mail.) Support the CBAS Advising Office with daily student appointment scheduling, maintenance of office files, and executing EAB and ARGOS reports as needed. Coordinate scheduling of student worker's office hours. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Education
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related Experience
One year of progressively responsible secretarial/clerical experience required.
Note: One year of college coursework may be considered in lieu of experience.
