Job Summary/Basic Function
Assist Undergraduate Programs Coordinator, assign faculty advisors, coordinate departmental award and activities process, assist student organizations. Support social media and communication activities, support student engagement and recruitment, and assist with development activities and department social events. Upload website updates; maintain faculty syllabi; provide general administrative support, maintain departmental Policies and Procedures Manual, assist staff with answering phones, word processing, and greeting and assisting visitors. Perform other related clerical duties, as assigned.
Required Education
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related Experience
Two years of progressively responsible secretarial and/or administrative office experience required. Two (2) years of related coursework may be considered in lieu of the work experience.
Desirable License/Registration/Certification
CAP/CPS Preferred
