Job Summary/Basic Function

Prepare payment of operational expenditures; maintain and balance departmental, operational, travel, and foundation budgets; order supplies and confirm receipt; prepare financial statements; report and assist coordinator with related budget accounts. Provide clerical assistance with service contracts; make shipping and delivery arrangements for equipment; schedule routine maintenance and equipment repair service requests and calls. Assist faculty and students with travel authorization and travel expense forms. Serve as back-up to front desk Executive Assistant as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Education

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.

Required Related Experience

Three years of progressively responsible experience in budget and records management. Note: An Associate's degree (two years of college coursework) and one year of related experience may be considered in lieu of experience.

Desirable Related Experience

Experience in higher education preferred.
