Job Summary/Basic Function

Report to the Associate Registrar and provide support for course registration to ensure students can register for their classes. Conduct audit of all registration transactions for the campus and correct errors as needed. Assist the One Stop with late registration and other registration related questions. Monitor main office registration email box and ensure timely responses to students. Provide training for new academic staff to facilitate registration and navigational training in PipelineMT. Update and maintain all registration documentation for the office, One Stop, and campus including registration procedures and orientation procedures. Run various reports to check for registration problems and errors. Create orientation check-in lists to identify possible problems and communicate with advisors during orientation to help resolve registration issues. Test new versions of Banner and other software with the Associate Registrar and adjust procedures as needed. Assist with course scheduling tasks including distance learning meetings and assigning course attributes. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Related Experience

No prior experience required. Entry level position.

Desirable Related Experience

Two (2) years experience in higher education preferred.
