This position focuses on achieving excellence in all phases of our program while cultivating a positive learning environment, managing daily functions with character, integrity, and pride, and working to fulfill professional obligations to the best of their ability. This role must accept the responsibility of being creative in thought and relentless in pursuit of efficiency in the task at hand or duties required. The Assistant Coach is an essential member of coaching support and will work closely with the offensive coaching staff to ensure data-driven decisions that contribute to a competitive advantage. They will provide critical support in scouting, recruiting, player retention, opponent analysis, and overall program efficiency, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of modern college football. |

| The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Strength and Conditioning with general oversight of the Strength and Conditioning Program for the university's 17 NCAA Division I sports.
