| Assist the Associate Athletic Director Athletic Communications with all forms of athletic communications for the Athletic department to include but not be limited to: all printed publications, special emphasis in graphic design and photography, web site production and coverage for assigned sports, video and audio streaming, game credentials and set up for all television and radio communications. Responsible for all electronic social media communications for sports. Duties include but are not limited to: production of media notes, pre and post season guides to promote Coaches and Student athletes for National Regional and local media at assigned events, game day programs, posters, photos and player biographies; production of game notes and oversee statistical information for national, regional and conference awards; assist with hiring temporary statistical game personnel for assigned athletic events and oversee media pass distribution for assigned sports. Assist Associate AD with all television, radio and electronic media outlets, approve all written and oral publications, newsletters, and news releases issued by the Athletic Department for all sports. Assist to review all content for the athletic web site in all sports to include: actual game footage, video clips, pop up athletic announcements and interactive marketing activities. Assist with and supervise part time temp staff required to run the Athletic communications department events, oversee all statistical data for all athletic events, archived information, and other events sponsored by the Athletic Department i.e., weekly news conferences, press luncheons, radio and television coaches shows, material for sports video boards. |
