This position collaborates closely with end-users, monitors business processes, and offers innovative solutions to enhance administrative functions that support students, faculty, staff, alums, and the institution's broader objectives. The Systems Analyst 2 will contribute to the overall business improvement process, exhibit excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and decision-making skills, and possess a thorough understanding of programming, database, and API concepts and design.

Coordinator - Tours and Events

| Responsible for the on-campus experience of prospective students and guests from their registration through the evaluation of campus tours and visits. Schedule and organize special group tours. Lead a large team of student staff, training them on excellent customer service and approved responses to inquiries. Schedule student staff to ensure adequate tour coverage dependent on what events are scheduled and number of guests on campus. Assists with the selection, training, scheduling, and evaluation of the Blue Elite tour guides. Assist with design and implementation of events and programs to support student recruitment including True Blue 100, Special Tours, and collaborations with academic and student involvement departments. Respond to questions and counsel prospective students and their parents. Serve as liaison with faculty, departments, and staff involved in the admissions visit process. Requires a frequently adjusted schedule including evening, weekend and extended work hours. The Coordinator for Tours and Events will work in conjunction with the New Student and Family Program staff to ensure a seamless transition from prospective students to enrolled students. |
