| Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost of Student Success, the Director of the Scholars Academy will oversee all operations, programming, and outcomes of the Scholars Academy. The Director will be responsible for recruitment and program growth as well as measuring success of the program by meeting persistence, retention, and completion goals. The Director will supervise the Assistant Director of Scholars Academy as well as recruit, train, and schedule all peer mentors included in the program. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with campus partners to identify programs, workshops, and related activities to enhance student involvement and success. The Director will also continually develop and maintain community partnerships to create awareness opportunities that further the program's vision and goals. |

This includes, but is not limited to digital signage, projectors, speakers, Mac and windows computers, control modules, audio/video switchers, document cameras, video cameras, interactive touch panels, and printers. This position documents all support interactions in ITD's ticketing system.
