Accurately weigh, measure, and rate domestic and international parcels to determine postage based on USPS standards. Process money orders in full compliance of USPS regulations. Accept passport applications with full compliance and training procedures with a satisfactory score of no less than 90% with US Passport Agency. Process metered mail via the PB system and sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, including secure locker placement. Serve as a backup for preparing USPS end of day financial report, ensuring accuracy and adherence to USPS and university compliance standards.
Desirable Related Experience: Previous experience in a Post Office, Postal Contract Station, Mail Center in a Corporate environment, with related customer service abilities. Ability to process passport applications is desired but not necessary. |
