Administrative Assistant 3 - Accounting Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The Administrative Assistant 3 provides effective and efficient administrative and operational support to the Department of Accounting within the Jones College of Business. This role supports the department chair, faculty, staff, and students by coordinating departmental operations and communications, maintaining records, and assisting with academic and administrative processes, tutoring schedules, textbook and supply orders and other department activities. Responsibilities include preparing reports and maintaining electronic files, supporting events and meetings, updating web content and assisting with marketing materials, preparing reports and communications, and serving as a point of contact to problem-solve issues and assist students, faculty, alumni, other University and external constituents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to university, college and department software and systems. Early Intervention Specialist Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The Early Intervention (EI) Specialist will provide regular home and/or community based educational services to children birth to three years who have developmental delays or disabilities, and provide support for their families as outlined on the family's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). The EI will work collaboratively with other professionals (e.g., service coordinators, therapists, interpreters, etc.) to support these children and their families by participating in IFSP meetings, completing visits together; exchanging information about strategies for helping families achieve child and family goals; maintaining accurate and up to date documentation as required by the program and by the state funding agency and performing other related tasks or special projects as assigned.
