Job Summary/Basic Function: Provide administrative support to the College of Liberal Art (CLA) Advisors and Graduation Coordinator. Greet and respond to general inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and campus guests. Support the CLA Advising Office with daily student appointment scheduling, assign advisors to new students per established protocol and change of majors, maintain and reconcile budget, office supplies purchasing, routing institutional requests and claims, and run EAB and ARGOS reports as needed. Maintain digital catalog of advisors resources, forms, and procedures. Prepare materials for new student orientation. Assign student worker's tasks and coordinate their office work hours based on their availability. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Assistant Coach 1 - Men's Golf

Work directly with the Head men's golf coach to organize and administer all aspects of our NCAA Division I men's golf program. Essential duties: day to day coaching of assigned student athletes; individual skill instruction, recruiting academically sound and competitive student athletes to compete on the NCAAA Division 1 level; scheduling to enhance greater assess to qualify for NCAA championship opportunities; organize and arrange team travel plans; oversee and promote compliance of NCAA rules among staff, student athletes and representatives of athletic interest; serve as a positive role model for the student athletes and budgeting assigned funds for the golf program. The incumbent will oversee on- and off-campus recruiting, assist with meet preparations, and player improvements. The Incumbent will work to enhance the image of the university and promote positive community relations. Additionally, other duties will include but not be limited to working with the Head Coach to oversee NCAA NIL fulfillment for the student athletes, serve as a liaison with the Academic Enhancement Center overseeing academic progress of Student athlete and work with the Strength and Conditioning staff to oversee workouts that will improve the skills of our men's golf student athletes to compete for Conference an National titles. There may be other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics or the Head Coach. |

Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at various facilities/sites including electrical, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry. Perform repairs, rebuilds and new installations. Performs preventive maintenance on exhaust fans, fume hoods, sewer pumps, backflow testing, service and repair. Work involves air compressors, replacement of belts and lubrication, dishwashers, electrical motors, frost free faucets, garbage disposals, grease traps (in cafeterias), lighting fixtures, lighting controls, including photocontrols and timers, motor controls, multi-phase exhaust fan motors, power receptacles, repair and installation of plumbing fixtures. Work locations include all university property, Guy James Farm, Swine Farm, Foundation Reception House, Beef Unit and Airport. Emergency overtime and after hour callbacks may be required. |
