$49,423 - $61,862; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function

Provide leadership, direction and supervision to the Housing Operations staff and departmental operations to include marketing and operational planning for the entire department. Responsible for the total management of the housing assignment process including account billing, receivables, data entry, audit review, documentation, occupancy management utilizing a computerized occupancy management program and self-assignment system, rent revenue and department budget projections for a department generating revenue in excess of $16 million dollars.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, human sciences, business management, accounting or related field. Master's degree in business, higher education or related field preferred.

Required Related Experience

Five years of progressively responsible, successful full time experience managing complex business operations, preferably in a Residential Life/University setting requiring extensive skills in human dynamics, personal development, management, general business and accounting. Knowledge of Banner, RMS, Mercury and Access is preferred.
