Job Summary/Basic Function

Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the Coordinator is responsible for developing and/or supporting the marketing communications and electronic outreach to prospective student populations and will assist with continuing communications plans for Undergraduate Admissions; manage the CRM system for Admissions and Recruitment; manage and support media content for the video boards in the Student Services Building. The Coordinator will assist with the development and implementation of social media campaigns; develop and implement communication plan to prospective students; implement strategic development of technology in recruitment such as video chats, virtual & online events, etc.; support Admissions wide ranging communication projects ; email communications, survey attendees of events or tours for overall satisfaction; online event registration CMS; social networking, and photography; ensure the security of data and compliance with University standards and policy. Serve as Admissions technical lead in implementation, analysis, and evolution of electronic communication efforts; generate reports, data analysis, and perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Related Experience

Two years progressively responsible related work experience which may in part include relevant student assistant work, in higher education, business administration, recruiting, sales/marketing, data analytics and/or public administration required. Valid driver's license is required.

Desirable Related Experience

Prior experience at a postsecondary institution preferred. Master's degree preferred.
