| Work schedule is Sunday – Thursday 3:45pm - 12:15am. Provide computer and information technology support via phone and in person at Walker Library during the workday, on weekends, and until 2 am as needed. The computing environment includes servers, multiple OS platforms, classroom systems, and discipline-specific equipment and software. Essential tasks include installation, configuration, diagnosis, and repair of software and hardware issues; remain current on technology trends, tools, and support methods for new technologies adopted for use within the Library public spaces, specialized labs, and classrooms; document support interactions in campus all tracking software; assist, supervise, and train student workers in Library Technology Services (LTS); monitor and verify LTS student hours worked and submit for payroll; perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned. |

Relief Operator

| Perform preventative maintenance tasks on support equipment to hot water heating systems throughout the campus. On occasion the Relief operator will be assigned a shift to operate, maintain, and adjust boilers, turbines, pumps, compressors, and other ancillary related equipment for a centralized boiler plant at a large university. This position will work in a centralized power plant, industrial type environment as well as large machine rooms in other buildings that have standby boiler systems. This position is normal day shift primarily. The occasions that the operator is assigned a shift other than day shift may include nights, weekends, and holidays. |
