Relief Operator Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on support equipment to hot water heating systems throughout the campus. On occasion the Relief operator will be assigned a shift to operate, maintain, and adjust boilers, turbines, pumps, compressors, and other ancillary related equipment for a centralized boiler plant at a large university. This position will work in a centralized power plant, industrial type environment as well as large machine rooms in other buildings that have standby boiler systems. This position is normal day shift primarily. The occasions that the operator is assigned a shift other than day shift may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Systems Analyst 2 Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The role of Systems Analyst 2 is to maintain data integrity and ensure the smooth operation of the Enterprise Application systems, as well as their integrations with third-party applications. This position collaborates closely with end-users, monitors business processes, and offers innovative solutions to enhance administrative functions that support students, faculty, staff, alums, and the institution's broader objectives. The Systems Analyst 2 will contribute to the overall business improvement process, exhibit excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and decision-making skills, and possess a thorough understanding of programming, database, and API concepts and design. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to, close collaboration with end-users to gather requirements, design, test, and implement information systems, applications, integrations, reports, dashboards, and process improvements that support the institution's goals; maintaining expertise in the institution's enterprise applications, SQL, reporting techniques, and programming languages; serving as a knowledgeable resource to guide and train other Systems Analysts on business processes, data usage, system integration, and cross-system dependencies; acting as a liaison between technical teams and user departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration; and contributing continuously to business improvement initiatives.
