$27,750 - $31,818; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function

Maintain MTSU grounds, streets and athletic fields. Essential duties include pruning trees and shrubbery, spraying herbicides/insecticides/fungicides, painting athletic fields, planting and maintaining flower beds, cutting grass with hand tools and/or power mowers and removing debris from campus. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education

Successful completion of the 8th grade; High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) strongly preferred.

Required Related Experience

Six months experience in general grounds maintenance or construction work.

Required License/Registration/Certification

Valid Tennessee Drivers license required.

Desirable Related Experience

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) preferred
