| The Housekeeper position involves routine manual labor plus additional duties associated with providing housekeeping and hosting duties for the President and family in the house. The employee will work under the immediate direction of the President and President's spouse while under the nominal supervision of the Facilities Services Administrative Coordinator. The incumbent will support the President and his/her family in meeting their duties to the University, including tasks related to the function of the President's house, taking telephone calls and messages, making proper referrals of calls and inquiries and related duties. Provide full range of household services (cleaning, etc.) for University President and family. The Housekeeper utilizes familiarity of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Responsible for assuring the cleaning is consistent with the needs of the President, his/her family and the University. In consultation with the President and family, prepare the facility for all events held at the President's residence. Assist with events, receptions, and dinners, including coordinating with logistics for furniture removal and set up of tables and chairs. Clean as appropriate once the event has concluded. Perform other housekeeping tasks to include: sweep, mop/dust mop floors and stairwells; vacuum/clean carpets; wash/clean windows/walls; clean woodwork and chrome; empty trash and clean containers; pick up paper and debris on ground; clean bathroom walls, floors and fixtures; replenish bathroom supplies; make minor repairs to building and equipment as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Flexible hours required: mornings, evenings and occasional weekends. |

| The Director Fraternity & Sorority Life will work in conjunction with the Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life to provide oversight of leadership development and programming for 24 fraternities and sororities associated with National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), Panhellenic Council and North American Interfraternity Conference. The focus is to advise, counsel, and mentor students; facilitate programming in the areas of risk management, membership recruitment/intake and education; problem resolution, and community planning. The Director will coordinate and present educational programs for the entire Greek system and individual chapters; maintain records and prepare reports on fraternity and sorority academic standing, housing occupancy and recruitment statistics; provide oversight for the Greek Row men's fraternity house and liaison with Housing and Residential Life in providing direct support to the sororities housed on Greek Row; and work with Housing and Residential Life in reaching 100% occupancy in all Greek Row houses. The Director serves as liaison between the university and individual chapters, and advisors; reports to the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs; will work in collaboration with designated staff in Development Office to interface with and address concerns of fraternity and sorority alumni, and perform other related special projects as assigned. |

| The Lead Electrician is a hands-on, working Journeyman electrician responsible for leading and performing all aspects of electrical work across MTSU’s assets. This includes the installation, repair, retrofitting, and maintenance of both exterior and interior lighting systems, main electrical boxes and switch gear, electrical circuits, and electrical infrastructure. In addition to supervising electrical work and mentoring electrical staff. The Lead Electrician will actively participate in fieldwork, ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed to code, on time, and with the highest safety standards. This role requires a strong commitment to craftsmanship, leadership, and direct involvement in daily operations. As a member of a multi-discipline team, assist with other tasks or special projects in other skill areas as assigned. Desirable Related Experience: Demonstrate expertise working at the Master Electrician level in commercial, industrial, &/or institutional electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Possess additional building trades skills, particularly plumbing skills. |
