Job Summary/Basic Function
Provide administrative support and media related technical assistance to the Ann Campbell Early Learning Center director including but not limited to program software, purchasing and procurement, development activities (fund raising events); maintain database of tuition, program sponsors and other related funding events and program activities; submit work orders, maintain building and playground facilities to ensure compliance with child care rules and regulations; address staff, program, family and university issues in the absence of the director; and assist with the production of publications and public relations information to support ACE and other early learning programs supported by College of Education; and perform other related tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
Required Related Experience
Two years progressively responsible experience supporting the daily operations of a business.
Desirable Related Experience
Two or more years progressively responsible experience working with financial databases, child care programs and public relations events.
