$42,114 - $51,870; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function

Manages maintenance, conferences and housing repairs, including selection, training, and supervision of full time and part time Maintenance Lead Workers. Assists with the preparation and management of area budget; coordinates purchases and inventory of supplies and equipment in area; coordinates and evaluates the schedule for maintenance repairs for the academic year and summer; adjusts tasks and schedules to correct, improve, prepare, and maintain residence halls and apartments. Participate in the maintenance staff emergency call back system. In the absence of the Assistant Director, will assign and follow-up on work orders for the maintenance staff.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree. High school diploma and six (6) years directly related experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Required Related Experience

Two (2) years direct experience and one (1) year supervisory experience of the total two years required.

Required License/Registration/Certification

Valid Driver License
