$27,450 - $33,489; commensurate with experience
Job Summary/Basic Function
Provide secretarial/clerical assistance for the MTeach program and perform essential tasks to include: maintain and reconcile program account balances; prepare paperwork for purchasing, payroll, travel in accordance with MTSU policies and procedures; coordinate logistics of MTeach events and provide on-site assistance to MTeach faculty for assigned events; run data reports and create databases to track recruitment and retention; monitor and maintain MTeach webpage and social media; and perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related Experience
Two years or progressively responsible clerical or secretarial experience required.
Desirable Related Experience
Three years secretarial and budget/bookkeeping experience in a university or non profit setting preferred. Experience working with grant operations and event planning/organization preferred.
