Job Summary/Basic Function

Responsible for all bookkeeping and accounting in the Honors College. Coordinate Honors class schedules with other departments in the six academic colleges and provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the dean and associate dean. Collect materials and prepare agendas for Honors Council meetings. Collect and assemble data for annual reports and presentations and for institutional effectiveness. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required Education

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.

Required Related Experience

Four years increasingly responsible bookkeeping/accounting, secretarial, administrative clerical skills required.

Required License/Registration/Certification

Certified Administrative Profession (CAP) certificate preferred

Desirable Related Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Desirable License/Registration/Certification

Certified Administrative Profession (CAP) certificate preferred
