Job Summary/Basic Function

Work collaboratively with the Office of Student Conduct, Housing and Residential Life, Athletics, Human Resources Services, University Counsel, the President's Office, Institutional Equity and Compliance, Counseling Services, Health Services, Admissions and Enrollment Services, Academic Affairs, and the Office of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management, to ensure MTSU's compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) and associated regulations. Plan, coordinate, and administer the implementation, maintenance and adherence of the University Police Department's compliance with the federally required Clery Act. Serve on committees and perform related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Related Experience

Two (2) years’ experience in field that works in compliance, reporting, statistical analysis, law enforcement, policy enforcement, or related field.

Required License/Registration/Certification

Valid Driver License

Desirable Related Experience

Two (2) years experience in university law enforcement, or law enforcement accreditation or compliance management. Data management and Statistical Analysis are also highly desirable.
