Job Summary/Basic Function
Provide management assistance, training, technical research and counseling to present and perspective small business owners, Develop specialized programs for women business owners, minorities, veterans, international trade and rural economic development. Provide ongoing technical support to MTSU/SBDC and TBR lead center; serve as liaison with governmental agencies at the federal and state level and interface with higher education institutions and regional government department in middle Tennessee as assigned or appropriate. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration or related field required.
Required Related Experience
Two years progressively responsible related work experience in public or private sector required.
Required License/Registration/Certification
Valid drivers license required.
