Work schedule is Sunday – Thursday 3:45pm - 12:15am. Provide computer and information technology support via phone and in person at Walker Library during the workday, on weekends, and until 2 am as needed. The computing environment includes servers, multiple OS platforms, classroom systems, and discipline-specific equipment and software. Essential tasks include installation, configuration, diagnosis, and repair of software and hardware issues; remain current on technology trends, tools, and support methods for new technologies adopted for use within the Library public spaces, specialized labs, and classrooms; document support interactions in campus all tracking software; assist, supervise, and train student workers in Library Technology Services (LTS); monitor and verify LTS student hours worked and submit for payroll; perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
