Director - Farm Laboratory Murfreesboro, Tennessee
MTSU seeks a new Director of Farm Laboratories to lead a complex collection of facilities to support agriculture education and research. The Farm Director is responsible for planning and supervising all daily work activities at the MTSU Farm Units, with operations involving beef and dairy cattle, swine, milk processing, field crops, and horticulture (650+ acres across Rutherford Co.). Essential tasks include support of research projects; serve as liaison between farm personnel and agriculture faculty; budget oversight; and purchasing of supplies and equipment.
